Abstract
To expand the speed range of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), a method based on model calibration and using dynamic inductance for torque lookup table is adopted. Firstly, the basic data of PMSM under different currents is obtained through the test bench of the driven motor; then, the constraint boundaries of the optimal current operation trajectory of PMSM are calculated using the dynamic inductance method; finally, a lookup table for torque and speed is generated within the boundaries of the optimal current operation trajectory. Through simulation verification, the flux-weakening control of PMSM is successfully achieved, providing theoretical support and technical reference for practical engineering applications.
