Abstract
The dual-stator permanent magnet direct-drive motor has the advantages of high torque density and high efficiency, and is a good alternative to the traditional low-speed high-torque transmission system. According to the theory of magnetic field modulation, this paper proposes a double stator magnetic field modulation motor (DSMFMM)with split teeth and split teeth in concentrated winding to realize the design requirements of direct drive of wind power generation. The inner and outer windings of the motor adopt a concentrated winding of 9 slots and 8 poles, which effectively reduces the end effect and copper loss. In addition, both the inner and outer stators adopt the structure of split teeth and auxiliary teeth, which play the role of magnetic field modulation and can effectively reduce the magnetic flux leakage. In this paper, the theoretical expression of air gap magnetic field is deduced by magnetic circuit method, and its working principle is expounded in detail. The no-load performance and output torque characteristics of the motor were quantitatively compared. On this basis, based on the response surface method, sensitivity analysis method and multi-objective genetic algorithm(MOGA), the motor is optimized in different degrees. Finally, a prototype is fabricated and tested. The simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the motor and the effectiveness of the proposed multi-level optimization design method.
