Abstract
During the operation of the preliminary research device of magnetic confinement deuterium-deuterium fusion neutron source, the coils generate electromagnetic forces under the action of magnetic fields,which induce vibrations and affect the measurement accuracy of optical diagnostic systems. To investigate the vibration characteristics,a simplified structural model was established based on the design scheme of the device. Using Ansys, electromagnetic and structural simulations were conducted to analyze the vibration behaviors and propagation laws induced by the compression magnetic field,formation region magnetic field, and quasi-steady-state magnetic field on the main machine structure. The results show that the compression magnetic field causes significant vibrations in the vacuum chamber and parts of the quasi-steady coils, and the structural response is significantly slower than the variation of electromagnetic forces. The simulation results provide reference data for the subsequent structural design of the device.
