Abstract
With the growing scarcity of fossil energy and prominent ecological issues, establishing a sustainable and clean, Integrated Energy System (IES) has become a global focus. Traditional demand response has evolved into Integrated Demand Response (IDR) to enhance the system's operational economy, flexibility, and reliability. This paper proposes a bi-level regional IES optimization model accounting for multi-park IDR uncertainty. Firstly, steady-state power/gas flow models for the distribution network and an uncertainty model for end-user IDR are established. Then, optimal operation models for park operators and regional integrated energy service provider are constructed respectively. The second-order cone relaxation technique is employed to handle the nonlinear terms in the distribution network power flow model. Finally, the ATC method is adopted for model decoupling and iterative optimization solution. Simulation results show that accounting for multi-park IDR can effectively improve the electricity-gas flow distribution of the system and enhance the overall operational economy of the system.
